01Overview

A mixed-use development in the heart of Mogadishu: an 18-storey residential tower over a four-storey retail podium.

Mogadishu One brings homes and shops together on one site in the heart of the city. A four-storey retail podium meets the street, and above it rises an 18-storey residential tower. Two basement levels keep the parking below ground, so the street is left to the shops and the people using them.
